God Family Freedom PAC (“the PAC”) is an independent expenditure-only political committee registered with the FEC. The PAC operates completely independently from all candidates, candidate committees, and political parties. • Vendors or individuals who have provided services to a candidate or committee must operate under written firewall terms before working for the PAC.

Fundraising and Contribution Policy

The PAC may raise unlimited funds from individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and other political committees in accordance with FEC rules for independent expenditure-only committees.

Prohibited contribution sources include:

• Foreign nationals
• Federal government contractors in connection with federal elections
• National banks or federally chartered corporations
• 501(c)(3) charitable organizations prohibited from political activity

Expenditures and Disclosures

All spending decisions are made solely by PAC leadership and compliance officers. Expenditures are used exclusively for independent communications—digital, print, broadcast, or mail—and include required disclaimers:
